bed bugs

i have bed bugs in my bed but i dont know how to get rid of them.

Bed Bugs or Fleas?

Trying to find more information between the two. I have bites and itching. I do have an animal as well. I get them on my back and shoulders, not normal for fleas. I don't see any bugs, only bits. Also I dont' see any sign of bed bugs but it does seem like my bites I am getting happen during my sleep. How can I find out what kind of bugs I have so I know what I can do?
